He is Law Lecturer in School of Law at the University of Rwanda and at National Police College where he teaches Arbitration Law, Private International Law and Torts Law in both Institutions. Also he is an instructor at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD).

He is a PhD candidate at VU Amsterdam University.
Before joining Kozen Law, he was a partner at Fountain Advocates for 6 years. He was also a member of the Special Commission that reviewed the Constitution of the Republic Rwanda in 2015. He is a certified mediator, Insolvency lawyer and a supervising lecturer at the Centre for Legal Aid and Mediation. He was secretary of the National Security Symposiums in 2015 and 2016.
He is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda, has an excellent command of English, fluent in French and working knowledge of Spanish and Kiswahili.
